Hardy geraniums or Cranesbill are small, bluish-pink flowered perennials
that are perfect to use as ground covers in a woodland or shade garden. They are not like the much larger pom pom-flowered summer plants we put in
containers or plant out in our gardens for the summer months. These are
hardy plants that grow in zones 3-7 and can be used as a ground cover or in
containers. Plant the native wild one if you can.
